Hello, I'm Shamim. I am a Cambridge CELTA-certified global English tutor and a certified Master Trainer for IELTS from the British Council. I have more than 20 years of work experience in Human Resources and Training across various industries, including Information Technology, ITES, Pharmaceutical, Education, and Logistics. I have tutored many professionals, university, and college students on English skills, communication skills, and customer service skills.

My career has allowed me to work with various multinational organizations, such as Convergys India Services (P) Ltd. and HCL Technologies Ltd.
